Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Your email address, a hash of your password, your ingest and destination settings, destination stream keys (stored encrypted), session records such as start and end time, protocol, remote address and bytes received, and billing identifiers from our payment provider.

2. What we do not collect

We do not record or store the content of your streams. Media passes through our servers in memory on its way to your destinations.

3. Why we use it

To run the service, secure your account, send transactional email such as verification and password reset links, enforce plan limits and handle billing.

4. Processors

Email delivery and payments are handled by third party processors. The final policy will list them and the regions where data is processed.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete your account. Session records retention periods will be specified here.

6. Your rights

You can view and change your data in the dashboard and delete your account at any time. Further rights and how to exercise them will be described in the final version.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.
