Terms of service
Last updated: draft, 2026.
1. The service
Streamiply receives a live stream you publish and forwards it, without re-encoding, to the destinations you configure. Availability targets and support terms will be described here.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for keeping your stream keys secret. Anyone holding your stream key can publish to your destinations.
3. Acceptable use
You may only stream content you have the rights to and that complies with the rules of every destination platform. We may suspend ingests that are used for abuse or that harm the service.
4. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans, session limits and destination add-ons are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Refund terms will be added here.
5. Third party platforms
Destinations such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Facebook and X are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or decisions about your content.
6. Liability
Limitations of liability and warranties will be specified in the final version of these terms.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the address listed on the final version of this page.
